Dr. Ashish Rai is a well-known plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the Delhi-NCR region. He is a highly experienced and extensively trained surgeon with experience of more than 15 years. In 2001, he passed his DNB in General Surgery conducted by National Board of Examination. In the year 2005, he completed his DNB in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. Dr. Rai was awarded a Fellowship in Orthognathic Surgery, Recklinghausen, Germany, and fellowship in Identity Preserving Facelift Surgery, Munich, Germany.
Dr. Ashish Rai has obtained specialized training in various processes of plastic surgery. He is an expert in performing Reconstructive Surgeries for Trauma and Burns, facelift surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, microvascular surgery, and cosmetic surgery. He also performs hand surgery, brachial plexus, and oncoplastic surgeries. His area of interest includes Aesthetic Surgery, Surgery of Nails, and Hand Surgery. He has more than 20 research publications in various national and international journals. He has also written various chapters in the textbook related to plastic surgery and is also been the reviewer of research articles.
